You're talking about hundreds of thousands of games having to be stored in an area probably somewhere in the neighborhood of a 5-10 sq. miles. Storage space would most likely be your biggest hurdle followed closely by actually aquiring said systems. And if you wanted to run every system at the same time for 12 hours a day you'd probably have an electric bill in the millions every month or so. You could never generate enough revenue to warrant creating such a museum. Unless of course you charge 500 grand a ticket.
