Advice? I'd like some too! It's really a tough business to break into. What I've learned is that it's very wise to have an agent. I'm looking for one at the moment. It's nearly impossible to get any auditons (of substance) without one. I got extremely lucky with J & SB SB, thanks to Kevin for giving me a chance. Now, I'm going to just keep working my ass off until I land something else I could be as proud of.
My advice, is to really work hard. Always practice (monologues, scenes, improvisation), so you'll always be prepared when an audition does come up. Best of luck to you!
