That's the part which really doesn't make sense to me. How can the X-Men film possibly ruin the comics for you? It can ruin the characters and concepts within the context of the film... but why wouldn't you just say "that really sucked, they messed it up so horribly" and then go back to reading the comics?
A bad film can't make good comics suddenly turn bad, right?

Because except for you, everybody on the planet either likes these films or avoids them. You seem to be the only one who hates them, and yet keeps going back...
