Two things:
1.) Sticking "A.I." into the same category as "Zoolander" and "Half-Baked" is a little rash. We're talking about a very different kind of film here.
2.) No, "A.I." isn't feel-good-movie-of-the-year material. No, it's not a movie that I'll watch over and over again, but I'll never say that it wasn't done well. A film's value should not be determined by how good you feel when the credits roll. I felt like shit at the end of A.I. Hell, I felt like shit all the way through the flick! That's because it was done so well. The fact that it makes people FEEL so much and in such a poignant way is a testiment to the film's success.
