Not decent, hardly watchable, badbadbad.

Although it does have a romance that is so absurdly done and terrible that, were it in a better movie, I would assume it was a satire of the cheesy romances that get tacked into bad comedies to pad out their length. Even Linda Cardinelli (from "Freaks and Geeks") is bad in it, though thankfully she's only in one scene. A perfect example of what happens when a so-called comedy gets so bogged down in plot that it forgets to just be a fish-out-of-water comedy, which she would be perfectly capable of doing. (I'm not that big a fan, but she can do some things, and she did the fish-out-of-water really really well in "Pleasantville".)
