However, in a George Lucas interview I read a few weeks ago, he said something about making three sequels to the original trilogy. He said something like the following (and I am paraphrasing): "Well if I was to do that and shoot episodes 7-9, I would have to take another 20 year break in between. By then I would be eighty and I don't picture my self making any movies when I'm eighty." It just seems odd to me that he would make the prequels like he is, knowing that he would never make the sequels. It seems to me that for some reason, I don't know why, he felt a sudden need to make the three prequels. One of he most obvious needs to make a movie would be need of money. Of coarse, that's just my theory.
