Alright, so she sucked in 'the wedding planner' but she did really well in 'angel eyes', also her new movie 'enough' looks fairly good too. So don't discount her just yet.
Singers are always chastised for their acting even though some of them are good at it. Even Brittney Spears did well in 'Crossroads'.
I'm not sure if Jennifer Lopez would work very well in a Kevin Smith film, just because of her acting style.
Maybe he could use Janeane Garofalo? I think she's pretty awesome and she didn't get a large role in Dogma.
Also, IMDB says Joey Lauren Adams will be in it, is this just a guess or is it true (or just a possibility?)?
