I suppose I just don't understand why Kevin or Bryan or Brian or Malcolm or anybody gets so wound up about what people say on this board. It's sort of an imbalanced situation -- here's someone who's in the career they want to be in, doing what they want to do, and on the other side you have this person who's obviously a fan, or at least interested on some level (or they wouldn't be posting here). At that point what is the need to insult that person, let alone generally insult everyone who posts here?
It just seems...unnecessary. I understand why people take what "the reds" say so seriously, since they are fans and all, but why should it be the same the other way around? Is anyone that pissed that one person might not buy a ticket to their movie?
Besides which, if everyone was always going to be positive about every damn thing any of these guys did, that would be misleading and patronizing to them. The public will criticize much more than this board will. I mean, if it's an emotional outlet for these guys, fine, but that's kind of sad.

Please. The day people are banned from actually questioning or debating anything on this board is the day it becomes one giant circle-jerk. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's not very productive, and it would be incredibly boring.
