Man. Of course this flick is commercial, I mean - COME ON... however, at the end, was the whole "We're New York, and we're sticking together thing!" really necessary?? I mean, hearing all these New Yorkers bashing the Green Goblin with statements like, "You mess with one of us, you mess with ALL of us!" really made me want to cheer the Goblin on.

Ugh. Raimi. What were you thinking?

Sorry, I just get a little bothered by the whole cliche "Let's stick together because we have to" thing that America's gone through since 9/11. I mean... put it aside, please.

I think we should coin the term 'pseudopatriotism'. It makes perfect sense.
