Idea for a comic or a movie

There's this guy called Jack Aglow who is living comfortably with his fiance. One day he's late for a party their attending and arrives to see the building explode and a mysterious figure on a hoverboard fly off. Investigating this he finds out the figure is called Ghost and decides to avenge Rebecca's death. He aligns with a comic book artist who designs the suit and gadgets he uses and fights a series of battles against Ghost.
