That's censorship, just like it was in the comics industry, the music industry, and the movie industry. Bottom line is that those *voluntary* ratings are the most they can do, because if the government starts regulating entertainment, it's censorship and it'll just be overturned by the Supreme Court anyway. It's so far from constitutional, it's absurd.
Plus GTA3 kicks ass.
