cheaper.....I agree tampons are expensive, but its not an equity issue...condoms are expensive but are bought by men and women...if i give the filthy old man who steals our beer cans a condom so he can come and pleasure me in the back of his dirty blue station wagon, then I am out the cost of the condom.....if you add up condom costs with that of birth conrol pills, it works out about the same
