I think most people have seen it. I doubt many have signed it.
Personally, I can say that I haven't signed it. Not because I don't get sick of polls and childish banter. And, you really should try to behave more maturely, but the bottom line is this is Kevin's board, and he'll have Ming run it as he sees fit.
