My dvd kinda skips seconds out of the movie, the audio is right and doesn't skip but the picture seems to. Is this supposed to be like this? Or do I have a disc error. I have cleaned the disc to make sure it wasn't a smudge doing it. If it is a disc error, should I take it back?
