Case in point, I had a friend who wound up in jail for statutory rape. He was 19, she was 17. He has to have his name on the Megan's Law registry for I think its 10 years.
Of course, if he were 33 and married a fifteen year old, I would think he was a bastard. Wait, that is what R Kelly did, isn't it?
