: first of all, ya my spelling sucks almost as much as my geometry. i have no clue why. its not as bad when i write shit out then type it, but still there its just bad. and since its not really a big deal here on the board, i dont proofread. maybe i should start. and bout fincher, i mearly meant to convey how much i would love fincher to do a superhero movie and make it quite dark. by saying r rated fight club like, i meant i would lke to see him take spiderman to the next level. add more violence, drench it in profanity. it would be such a fresh spin on things it would be great. and i know im only 16 but im an avid movie buff and know violence doesnt not make a movie good. i dont sit there in black hawk down and yell"ohhhhhh sweet dude the guy just blew up". i actualy despise people like that. i just think fincher knows how to work with violence considerably well. and lastly congradulations about flim school. i know we had our tiffs in the past but i wish you the best with it. im planing on going to once i get outta this hell called high school. may i ask what film school your going to? i live in LA, but go to NY often and might have heard of it

Well, sorry to rag on you for spelling, it's just one of my pet peeves. I'm glad to know you understand that violence doesn't make a good movie, and I think that Fincher is one of the few writer/director's that would be able to make a violent super-hero film, but still make it seem like a comic book, and not just a violent film. It's Hofstra University, it's on Long Island. So it's all good then? As the hip kids put it.
