There are corrolation studies that show that identical twins are more likely to be both gay if one is gay, but the percentage is not 100%, so they're pretty sure it's not straight genetics.
But it can't be just environment either - there's a higher rate in separated twins than would be expected by chance.
Then there is the third - not yet completely understood area of environment - tne prenatal experience. (I mentioned it above)
This is complicated by when the twins split. Identical twins can have different exposures in utero.
