you know what, Drawing flies was pretty friggin good. I initially bought it jast to have a more complete colection of View Askew films, and not really expecting much out of it. The first time I watched it I was slightly distracted and therefore thought it sucked balls, but today i actually sat down and watched it and it was really good. Scott mosier in a diaper is a bit disturbing but I am in no way scarred for life so I say brave the Mosier in his huggies scene and watch this fuckin awesome movie. The acting on the part of one (or two or three) of the main characters was a bit choppy to say the least, and it turned me off at first, but then I asked myself "what if I had been turned off by Mewes in clerks?" and I don't let it get to me so much. I mean, look at mewes now. He's fuckin awesome. With the right direction and a (very) minimalistic aproach to character developement he could do something that even the critics would have to agree was great. Fuck, He already has done something great. He did an amazing job in Jay and Silent Bob Strike back. He delivered what was by far the funniest line in the movie (unless you count every single word uttered by Diedrich Bader) "what's with the knife, are we having cake or somethin?" with flare. That is one of the fuckin funniest things I've ever heard. In summation: Get off your ass and watch "Drawing Flies" already. Shit!
