I'd like to know where you get your info. The states does give Israel money, not 3 billion, but yes, money, because they are in a little thing called the UN... one of the pacts being that countries in the UN help eachother out.
And war retribution to Germany? I think you are mistaken. If the US gives Germany money, which I don't think they do (I'm not talking about trade or economics, however) it is definetly not for war retribution.
Lastly, the US does not give money to China... because, as many people are aware, when a country is communist (Brazil, N. Korea) the US places trade embargos upon those countries to STOP them from getting money.
Lastly, if you can't pay your mortgage, thats your own damn fault. I have no remorse for those people.
