Well I met Rachel, because I went and got coffee at her store all the time as I was going to work at my lab...she is AWESOME..I mean this girl should have been an actress or model or something but she is way too Seattle, so laid back and funky for all that pressure..she is like 5'8 jet black hair and dark brown eyes and she is married to Kevin, who is at first your typical computer "jerk"...LOL..Kevin and I would ALWAYS get to arguing, and Rachel was always the putter-out-of-fires, but often she realized this was the way Kevin and I related..so she would sit and smile and watch us like a tennis match. I mean I really love them both. Kevin is BRILLIANT...never went to college, got picked up by Microsoft out of high school, and I am not shitting you, they picked him up in 1989 after he got busted for two hacking charges, and at this time Gates was sending "scouts" out to look for people who fit a profile of highly intelligent, slightly arrogant, and prone to hacking...then he would make a probationary deal with the courts to reform them by hiring them...it really worked.. Kevin stayed with them until I think 95, then a company called Zombie Gaming seduced him and Kevin went from programming into animation and 3-D graphics..he has worked on so much shit..I cannot list it all cause I really am not that knowledgeable about all the companies, just know games I like, he worked on Diablo, I know this and, umm..damn that one like DAMN...WARCRAFT...right? But it was STARCRAFT? Anyway, And I know recently he was psyched that Square Soft hired him freelance to do some work for FF X for PS2....anyway, he also had MS stock back when it BOOMED, so they are rich...she works for fun money...he works cause he cannot sit still..I mean this guy will work at home when he is 90! But it's cool , they are really two people I miss the most. BUT, Rachel is coming out in August, she loves Horses so we will have a blast..I will try and get some pics.
My other best girlfriend is a hippie chick who lives an works on an edible flower farm in Hawaii, named Michelle, now that is another story for another day... she is a wild woman... but also beautiful and always amazes me :)
I am trying to go see her this winter.
