Available at Sam's and probably other supermarkets. It comes in the original marinade (yummy), terriaki (even better), and garlic/herb (for chicken and other meats.
I would recommend the terriaki merinade, just slather it in sauce, wait 20 minutes and then broil it for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the steak.
