Also, yes, every Star Trek is the final battle. I don't know why that is, although I'm sure many Trekkies will go see the latest one nonetheless, thinking somewhere in their Vulcan/Klingon/Borg repressed subconscious, that they may finally be able to escape the nerd that is their cage. After this final battle, they can go outside and meet women. Alas, the system will repeat, and they will ever remain virgin, and and will never go where all men have already gone before.
What a sad day on the Enterprise.
