...and yes, I saw The D last Friday, and even though it took 3 hours to get there and 2 and a half to get bach, it was most definitely worth it. As an added bonus, Dave Grohl introduced them (because he was in London with QOTSA), and they were on for a good hour and three-quarters, and I spent most of that time just laughing my ass off. Honestly, it was like nothing I've ever been to before, one of the best shows I've seen. They even played some short videos during the show which were worth the entrance fee by themself, to be honest. If you're a fan and you haven't seen them live, do it. Now. No matter how tough it is to do so, it'll be worth it.
