Mind you, what with the government putting crazy amounts of tax on just about everything (petrol, cigarettes, CDs etc.), the UK must still seem like a pretty expensive place. However, at least we don't have to pay whenever we have to go to the hospital. Of course, there's rarely any space at any of the hospitals, but it's the principle of the matter.
