There is never a good time to lose your mom, I know that you aren't implying that there is...that is what sucks about life...if she were older her mom would miss her wedding, her first big promotion, her first grandchild etc....the real loss is that she doesn't get to have her mom around for as long as others, she won't get to know the person that her mom was...that is sad, I was lucky to have mine for 20 years longer than this poor girl, but its never enough, and you can't control it and it fucking suck....arghhh...
