I do agree that we shouldn't spend 10 mins moping over everyone who dies (unless it's buscemi or campbell) because death is as inevitable and common as a birthday is, but you don't go around quoting Breakfast club like you wrote the fucking movie when Rod "Rod is God" Stieger dies.
