It's a specific virus that reads through your Internet history and Cookies, and it basically chooses one of the most visited sites that you go to and it copies someone's e-mail from there, and then sends you an e-mail, usually blank with a random subject line. It's happened to me before. Just delete the e-mail ASAP.
