Sometimes when I make fun of stuff (David Lynch, PEANUTS, Todd McFarlane, Hitler) I really actually like the subject matter that I'm sending up. In the case of Harmony Korine, yeah, I don't like him one bit. He tries SO HARD to be shocking and alternative that his movies are boring and kinda quaint.
I thought he was GREAT in GOOD WILL HUNTING however.
