I've the displeasure of seeing Harmony interviewed about a half dozen times back when he almost had a career becasue some people thought "Kids" was so amazing. (Pretty pointless, I thought).

I always thought he seemed mildly retarded but figure he was just acting that way to be funny (which it wasn't). Anyone know what his deal is?
