it has been police policy here only to warn people for carrying weed under a certain amount for personal use. there would be no prosecution at all if you were caught with a spliff.
Its also about to be reclassed in britain as a class "c" drug, which puts it in the same league as steroids and anti-depressants , which puts us on the same level pegging as Holland, the drug capital of Europe.
It also means i can stand outside a pig farm and spark up without anything happening to me.
