Jackie Chan's new movie. There's this evil mob of Chinease martial artists possing as accountants. Their visionary leaders plan, played by a baddly acted white, British man, is to slowly bankrupt large American companies through accounting scandal. Chan, playing an unsuspecting bike messenger, who unwittingly gets wise to the scandal after delivering a message after hours and hearing the evil mobs plan, must defeat them for the American way.
