Nah, I don't read comic books. It's just never been my thing, even when I was a kid (although I did read the girly ones -- Josie and the Pussycats and Katy Keene! Yeah!). I'm not an action/adventure kind of person. The one big exception was Preacher, I'm crazy about that one -- just 'cause the subject matter is so unusual, it's all dark and passionate and philosophical. I tried to get into some of Neil Gaiman's stuff because I'm a big Tori Amos fan, but it just hasn't clicked with me yet.
Every now and then I find something I like, but I think I just don't have the dedication it takes. I prefer comic strips. A little Life in Hell, a little Lynda Barry, a little Tom Tomorrow. It's good for what ails ya.
