however, we are never certain as to how Rudy get away with it.. Hell i know what was gonna happen from the prison...but it did not know exactly how. the flick is not that bad. yes the middle it slow, but it is supposed to be . . .that is how it was meant to be.
i know Affleck acts better than that .. .hell i seen better acting in Mallrats and Chasing Amy . .but i think all in all he did a bang up job and all i want is for you, all the VA people, Smith, and the rest to sit the fuck down and show him some fucking props...thats all...
Alright, it plods because between Sinise first meeting Affleck and the robbery, NOTHING HAPPENS. We know this movie is going to have two things: Ben fucking whatsherface and people dressed like Santa jacking a casino. We're given one in the first half an hour, great...but the other is dragged out like a fucking carrot on a stick. This isn't rocket science, IT'S A SHITTY HEIST FILM. Show the heist ASAP and then fill the rest with the robbers getting chased by cops or other criminals or killing each other or whatever. And what whatsherface does at the end is horseshit. Comes outta nowhere. I wasn't expecting anything great or even good out of this film, but it was just plain stupid and slow. Sucks to be "Reindeer Games".
