Well, who ever did the cover was extremely artistic. They aquired an actual piece of blue paper, and printed some text on it. It did say at the top: View Askew presents. The tape itself, has a half ripped label on it, with the words "Big Helium Dog" Written in Blue ink. This truly is a class act operation. They list kevin as the director, and it was found in the Kevin Smith section.

Will update you on your request. And definately will enjoy the film. I will let you know of the dub quality too.
