Yes, very much. I think she's a no talent, opportunistic cunt who appeared to be a control freak in Kurt's life, and happily spun the sympathy from Nirvana fans after his death into a career of her own. From what I've heard, she makes Yoko Ono look like a timid little 1950s housewife: I've read many reports that she gave Grohl and Noveselic shit in the studio on In Utero all the time, pretty much telling them that Kurt WAS Nirvana and that those two were completely expendable. Also, the skanky bitch was taking heroin when she was pregnant with Francis Bean.
I really don't like her, and I can't help but wonder how Francis Bean will turn out as an adult. A fucked up cunt of a mom, and a dad who's suicide is probably the most famous suicide in history. I don't care how rich the kid is, she's going to need a lot of therapy.
