actually from the same hometown I grew up in all my life...ARLINGTON,TEXAS! I never bumped into him though or saw him around anywhere(maybe it's because he's so tiny!). I really don't know if he can talk or not...I think they use overdubs for his voice when he does have to say a few lines or make noises.
