Spider Man Comic Question

Okay, so I spend most of my time writing music for
marching bands and struggle to keep up with the world.
But when I Pre-Ordered the Kevin Smith Spider Man series,
I thought (and the pictures still say) that it
was a 4-part series... but now Issue #5 is available
for Pre-Order...

Anyone know what's the word on this?
