Colin Salmon. He's a little known British actor who is best known as "Charles Robinson" in Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, and Die Another Day. But he recently was in Resident Evil as the leader, but token black guy and that Dinotopia mini-series. He may be British, but in RE and Dinotopia he sported a bold American accent. This kick is pretty awesome.
Someone like him should be in a View Askew movie. Kev Smith doesn't got enough 'color' in his films. j/k. But I think this guy kicks ass.
