Sure, we had an internet connection, but it was a crappy 28.8 external dialup modem, and I never used the damn thing except to check Hotmal and ICQ. Thankfully, that only took about an hour a day, tops, so I could instead focus my attention on doing things, living life, and interacting with other people. Is this what we've fucking become?!? A nation of children terrified of physical contact or social activites....what's next, fear of the sun?!?! UNPLUG YOUR COMPUTER. Leave it that way for a week, JUST a week, and just what else you can think of doing. It's healthy, refreshing, and you'll probably thank yourself for it down the line.
Do it, please, before your bones turn to chalk.
