I was very excited to see this movie. It is a good summer movie, I'll give it that. It does have a few good scares, but not really many. I don't think it is as smart as the other films by M. Night. The ending is predictable and this movie doesn't take itself serious enough. What I mean is that there are parts of the movie that are supposed to be funny and I would have prefered a harder edged thriller.
