There may or may not be a public casting call for extras, but it certainly hasn't happened yet. There usually isn't an 'audition', you just mail in a mug shot with your address and phone number on the back. A bunch of us board-mongers are waiting for extras casting info to be released - if it does happen, the info will be available here and at News Askew.
