question on opinion

I am going to ask this...even though this probably isn't the proper forum to do so. The Askew Crapper... what do you think of the site design?
Some have complained about it, which is justified, I need a creative spark for another design. Any ideas? Any similiar sites that pull of the multiple column design better?
