Do you have vacation time saved up, I figure send in your photo and tell them you can be in Philly whenver they need, then as the date gets closer, if you get picked, tell your work that you need to take some vacation and they need to be a bit flexible about it,,,if lots of board people get picked I"m sure people would split hotels etc, if neccessary....so that would save some cash....you might as well go for it, but they still might see florida and say forget it....so you might as well send it in, an then worry if you get picked
