Basically what happens is that near the end of the movie, everyone's roles get completely messed around. That's basically it. It's nuts, but kind of cool. There's no real conclustion to the movie. I just take it in bits and pieces, and those bits and pieces are pretty darn cool. If you try to take this film at face value it will piss the hell out of you.
