: my best friends wedding is next week and i am in the wedding. the dresses are a 2 piece. a long satin silver skirt and a silver mesh top (tank top but not speghetti straps). its pretty and simple and i have a pic of how i am going to do my hair (approved by her of course). its an updo, with twists and some strands hanging in the back. its different which i guess suits me. the question i have is.......how do i do my makeup?? she, i believe, is having a natural flawless look with the attention on her eyes. there are 5 girls in her wedding party all together and she is letting everyone pick their own makeup/hair/nails. (i made sure she liked what i was doing first). im thinking of possibly doing a natural look also (possibly like the ad with mila jovavich for that new mascara) but i also dont want to outdo her so i think i have to stay away from say a dark makeup/lipstick. maybe a smoky eye effect with a light lipstick or would that be too much seeing as how it is during the day? i will also be looking through mags to try to get an idea. any opinions??
I have no idea what you just said. Nope. Absolutely no idea.
My stepdaughter is eight, going on eighteen, and I just know she is going to ask me something like that and I just don't know how to talk girl.
Hey, I bought my wedding dress at Sears, catered by HiVee Grocery, rented a gazebo in a public park, had a guy roast a pig. Later my husband's band and a polka band played at this century old sporting club. It was fun.
I don't think I planned my makeup before the wedding.
My stepdaughter is the sweetest little barbie doll in the world. She loves MaryKate & Ashley, and playing dressup.
She is gonna hate me when she's a teenager.
