Vincent Pereira is the bald guy. He's the pinball player who gets startled in Chasing Amy when Holden misses. He is a few parts in Clerks, but the one that sticks in mind is "You know, she's marrying an asian design major..." and in DOGMA he is the guy sleeping in the church. In JSBSB he is the guy who buys cigarettes and "Are you even supposed to be here today?" "Don't get me started...". In mallrats I can't remember if he's still in it.
