dumb movie...it was produced by Sean Cunningham "friday the 13th" and directed by Bob Balaban who did Parents, another classic.......its kinda neat to watch it now because Mathew McConneneaughy(can I spell?) and Philip Seymore Hoffman have small roles....it is a parody of horror movies, but not a spoof in the Idle Hands sense....it was sweet and funny, and well done, it is a small movie, but the comedy/black comedy is fun and goofy....It is really worth seeing, a likeable film..
