Chasing holden is a film of the book Catcher in the Rye and thats where kevin got his names for Chasing amy from (like the names for mallrats came from jaws) - so i dont think the makers of this film can be accused of stealing VA names. The title maybe too close for comfert but there is no case as the book had the names before chasing amy did.
