I watched this episode, and damned if I can even remember.
You can't have Quantum Leap without Scott Bakula as Sam though. And it would be pretty sad without Dean Stockwell as Al.
The best episode is when Sam leaps home and Al is stuck leaping through time, Sam meets his family and wife...but then sacrifices it all to send Al back...
Wait a minute...BACK TO THE FUTURE. Those rip-off bastards!
: ...I do know he was in a bar where miners( I think) hang out. And a lot of them were characters from past episodes but they didn't recognize Sam and he couldn't remember exactly who they were but they looked familiar to him. He did get back to his original body, in the end, though (I think). It's been a while since I've seen it and my memory is swiss cheese. Haha;) Seriously, though, I can't rememeber exactly what happened. Sorry. Hopefully someone else was a fan of the show and will clear it up.

: : What happened in the Last Episode of QL? It's been on several hundered times, and I've never seen it. I've seen the episodes leading up to it, but not the finale.
: : As to new episodes, I imagine Scott Bakula is probably going to ride Star Trek for a few more years rather than attacking an old franchise. This means if we do have new episodes, Sam will be recast and that would suck.
