Anyone else having trouble

With their second Jackie Brown: SE disk. It reads fine in my PC's dvd but my Apex says no disk. The Apex reads everyone of my other dvd's fine. I plan on taking it back and exchanging it. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem.
